  Chris Douglas and his team from 1st Call Roofing and Building Services carried out building works at my property recently. They were very prompt, professional, reliable and polite. Finished work in time and to good quality standards. Provided me photos of the work as it progressed as I wasn't close to the property. Post work services were also to the great satisfaction. I appreciate their commitment. I am more than happy to use their services again in future and would recommend using them for quick and effective work to satisfaction.

  These guys Cut cables on my roof and left us with no TV. Chris SAID he WOULD PAY to have it fixed so got 2 quotes and was happy to go with the cheapest one.. he then offered less than half the cost of the repair and now is ignoring messages.. beware of these cowboys!!!!!

  Absolutely Execptional! Chris and his 1st call team are the only building company I will be using from now on, they carried out all the the work professionally and efficiently from the quote to the completion of the job. Think it’s great that they have access to all trades within the one company. Would and WILL highly recommend!

  Have had a few bits of work done in the past by this company. Found them to be very prompt to respond to queries, prices very competitive, work started and finished as they said it would be. Would certainly use again .

  phoned this company twice for a building quote still waiting as of today ,8th april they have just missed out on nearly £ 8000 worth of work .. all because someone couldnt be bothered phoning me back ... they cant need the money that bad
