  Lied about the diagnosis /repair time ...on the phone customer service claimed priority issues etc etc...they had just to confirm if there's a dead hard drive or psu and After 2 days of waiting they said "repair average time Is 4-5 days " ...4-5 days just to confirm That my hard drive or power supply is dead ...no way ...stay away

  I've taken a laptop with a cracked screen and a PC with a busted power supply and both fixed quickly, professionally and at a reasonably price

  I have often found their stock of items very good, with speedy service, nice staff and the ability to answer query's without any issues at hand. I would have given them a 5 star if it was not for a recent issue. My iPad had recent issues (not charging when on, being detected by computer etc.. but charging when off) - I took it to them to fix, they had it for 9 day's saying that it works now. Took it home, issue still persists. Took it do Disc Depot, they fixed it in record time, simple repair.

  I have found 3000rpm to be one of the most unprofessional companies that I have dealt with in sometime. Their customer service has been almost non-existent and only initiated by myself. When I did manage to contact someone I found their knowledge to poor and even below the standard of private sales. On ordering a product, a laptop screen, and waiting the few days until it was anticipated to arrive, I contacted 3000rpm and was told that it had not arrived and that they had no idea when it would arrive (almost the exact quote I received). Now, even I know that tracking products in today's world is relatively easy and if a company such as 3000 rpm cannot do this then I do question where they receive their merchandise from. In addition to this, when I called a few days later after not receiving any contact from 3000rpm, (6 days after my initial order, when it was supposed to take 3 days) I was told that they had received 2 screens. One was broke and they did not know if the other was working. They said that someone would be in until 8pm and to bring it in and they would see it if worked. I turned up at the shop at 18:30 only to be told by some poorly mannered sales assistant, who seemed more interested in causing offense than providing basic customer service, that the technician had already gone home. I also have concern as to why 3000rpm did not test the second screen almost immediately. Surely one of the first priorities of a company is to return any goods to the manufacturer that are delivered faulty, especially with a customer based company like 3000rpm. To me, my dealings with this company highlights a complete lack of administration and management within the store. I am somewhat disappointed with their approach and attitude and sincerely hope that most customers do not have the same experience that I have had with them. Although my issue is not large on the grand scheme of things, I thoroughly believe that customer care is paramount to any successful business, something that is greatly lacking in 3000rpm.
