  The most disorganised and worst council anywhere in the UK by far, a darn good reason in itself not to reside in Aberdeen. Don't grit roads, do zero to address homeless persons residing all over its town centre, have traffic wardens dressed like cops who harass motorists and is used as main source of revenue, allow their car parks to be used by boy races again do zero as does not generate revenue. Get bills wrong, and if that's not enough seems to employ staff who have racist tendencies. Total rubbish outfit!

  Whatever you do don't use their online enquiry service or contact/send them documents by email, never respond EVER, & claim to have never received docs.
