Would not recommend from either landlord or tenant perspective. Their do not have much knowledge or add value when it comes to tradesmen to fix problems & are too willing to approve costs without any challenge. They also screw tenants on vacating for petty charges (e.g. cleaning single cobweb, water streak, minor crumbs in toaster) which resulted in both sets of tenants having to fight unnecessarily to get their deposit back.

Remember that time you were taken to small claims court over illegal fees? See 'Michael Cross and Others v Aberdeen Property Leasing'

Absolutely impossible to actually make any meaningful and useful contact with anyone who works there when you have an issue that needs addressed. My cat has better customer service skills than any of their staff; the amount of unnecessary and unrequited rudeness shown in each phone call is beyond belief.

Cowboys. They do not fix anything, even rotten windows and will not compensate. You will get charged for missplacing a bin to a different room. Flats they lease have furniture from the skip. You will never be able to talk to any of their staff, but if you manage to catch them they are extremely rude and aggressive. Avoid!!

Absolutely appalled at how much they took away from the deposit for cleaning services. After leaving the flat at a very reasonably clean state I received an e-mail with all the places they found issues in. Most of the examples they gave were absolutely ridiculous, stuff like a single, barely visible bread crumb found in a corner of a room or barely noticeable dust found on a light switch. I wouldn't have much of an issue with this is they hadn't taken £300 from the deposit for cleaning services. Definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone, it is impossible to not get scammed in one way or another.
