  Such an amazing gym. I always thought whats the point in a personal trainner and continued to go to a normal gym however i wasent seeing any results, and then i had to have 2 surgeries on my knee and didnt know how to work out without impacting my knee therefore thought give it a go. Im on my second month at ABS and i couldnt imagine my life without it. I have seen results for the first time in 2 years and doing work outs what i never even thought about doing, never mind the diet plan. I was so worried about this diet plan thinking it was going to be something unrealistic and i was worried over nothing ,i can follow the diet plan easily due to it being realistic and not costing alot of money. Such a motivating place to go with amazing staff expecially my trainner Alistar. He motivates me within the gym but also in life and has shown me what i thought was impossible is possible. The best thing is even though you have your trainner you find that all the other trainners within the gym also motivate and encourage you while working out. So i would highly recomend this place and my trainner Alistar.

  If you want a Personal trainer in Liverpool city centre, this is a great place. Their six week transformation (tends to be three sessions a week plus diet plans, plus home workouts) is brilliant, and works out at great value. I gained muscle, lost weight and got the 'lean' look I wanted at the start. Their results are amazing - lots of friends have gone and had a positive experience too.
