  purchased my kevan jon dress from here, the online chat was excellent helped with sizing too, highly recommended, loved my dress and will certainly purchase from here again

  A joke of a shop I paid for some items and then told half my order was not in stock, They then delay your "next day delivery" had all the emails saying it was sent out on the Friday. Got text's from Accent saying it will be delivered on Tuesday took a day off but nothing turns up. I rang DPD to ask where it was they said they only received the item postage note to pick it up on the Monday afternoon at 4PM!!!!!!! your better of buying from any other store apart from this one unless you want to be messed about have half your order missing and when you try to complain they don't care not even a sorry

  I bought a Barbour waxed jacket which wasnt waxed properly by Barbour and the rain came through. I took it back in and Jo the manager was brilliant. She went to great lengths to get my jacket back to Barbour to be relaxed. Although its not back with me yet I have found accents customer service very good. Jo, Rachel and Ronda have all been very, friendly, helpful and approachable. Thank you.
