  Worst takeaway ever. We ordered: lamb donner meat, cheesy chips, and some garlic mayo. What came to us was: cremated chips with no cheese, then donner meat covered entirely by cheese and apparently a whole bottle of garlic mayo. F**king horrendous, would not even eat this pissed after been clubbing.

  Go for the tower burger! Massively oversized anrd good value! Excellent pizzas, been here several times

  Words can not explain how disgusting this place is, dirty place, bad service, bad food hygiene & hair or pubes in your food! When we called to explain what had happened we were refused a refund, a full refund should of been given. The women who answers the phone was rude, ignorant & full of lies! Environmental health have been emailed with pictures & phoned on their emergency line. All I can say is that if there were a minus rating they'd be winners!! 1 star is too good for them! Avoid at all costs guys!!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered last night for my first ever kebab (I know, I know). When I ordered on the phone I ordered 2 large chicken shish, 1 rice and 1 large chips - it apparently came to £21. When I checked the prices on the website after it came to £19.99 - I called back to query this and they said there's a £1 delivery charge (they are about a 30 second drive from me). Anyway, the food arrived, Driver was nice enough and took the food in - couldn't believe how small the portions were! The rice was tiny for £2 and the chips were too. The kebab was pretty average (says my boyfriend, expert of kebabs). We plodded on as there probably wasn't much they would do about that. I was then serving the rice on my plate and to my horror found a short black hair in it! I immediately called them to complain and first off mentioned the size of the food, they said "well that's just the size it is. I'm just working here I don't know about that. Sorry." I said "well could I speak to a manager or someone about it?" He said "they're all on holiday." I said "that's fine then, I just opened the rice and there is a hair in it!" He said "there's nothing I can do about that" I said "well can you not send me a new rice?" He said "no." I said "what do you mean no?! You've sent me a rice with hair in it!" He said "there was no hair in it. There's nothing I can do." I said "what do you mean there was no hair in it? So you're saying I'm lying?" He said "well it was checked before it was sent out, there was definitely no hair in it." I said "well there was, I'm sitting looking at the rice with hair in it right now!" He said "fine, give me back that rice and I'll get a new one to you but not until I've seen this hair in the rice". Luckily, a new rice was sent and the hairy one given back. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service, lack of cleanliness and how small the portions were for the extortionate price of £21. I will never ever buy from this crappy company again and I urge everyone to do the same. TERRIBLE TAKEAWAY!

  First and last order with ACE, unfortunately. Placed my order at 5.12pm. When I was still waiting at 6.07pm I called the restaurant. The lady was apologetic and said the driver had left "two minutes ago," but didn't give a reason for the hour's wait. She said she would tell the driver to bring an extra Coke for me. When I was still waiting over quarter of an hour later I called again. Again there were apologies and the assurance the driver would be there any minute. When I asked why I had waited almost an hour and a half for my order - and the restaurant is no more than five minutes away by car - she said they were "busy." I was assured the food would be fresh and hot. When the driver arrived he said they were late because one of the drivers wasn't there today, and had the nerve to add something original about the other driver's wife having a baby in hospital. When he was using the card machine he had even more nerve and said "the shop needed another £1" for some kind of charge, which I refused. The food was just warm and the portion of jalapeno cheese thingies had five in, instead of six. Never again.
