  Bought a house through Acumen, L14 - I cannot fault them!! Great communication throughout - really helpful, friendly and made the whole process so much easier than it could have been... if I ever need an estate agent again they will be my first port of call.... big shout out to Jackie who was brilliant (and the guy who taught her everything she knows :)...)

  Excellent Service. Acumen helped me sell my house very quickly, They had a number of buyers on there books who wanted to move into the area and arranged 7 viewings within the week, subsequently I received 2 offers at asking price or above. Both John and Paula were excellent and kept me in the loop every step of the way right the way through to completion. Excellent service, reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys. Ross.

  Amazing service! Was with another estate agent for 18 months, then a friend recommended I use Acumen and within seven weeks we had accepted an offer on the property. Within two days of the initial viewing and valuation with John, the property was online and receiving requests for viewings. From then on the service was always professional, friendly and helpful and we are extremely pleased that we chose Acumen.   Having both bought a house and sold a house with Acumen, I really cannot say enough about their professional and friendly service. Buying and selling a house can be extremely stressful, but Acumen are consistent, understanding, reliable and confident which really helps the whole process seem less daunting.
