  Advanced Professional Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd didn't turn up to fix my air conditioner but charged £220 to my card! I cannot stress strongly enough that they should be avoided at all costs. You're literally better off attempting to do the work yourself, because my experience is that they don't turn up and charge you anyway. I have tried to recover my money from them, unsuccessfully. Andrew Smith is the managing director of Advanced Professional Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd, but in trying to recover the money taken from my card without authorisation, I have dealt with their office manager Maureen. She has offered to refund half of the money, but since they didn't come or do any work for me, I don't think this is an acceptable solution. I will in touch with trading standards, and I'll be asking our card company to recover the money from their side. If you're considering using Advanced Professional Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd, or a company associated with Andrew Smith, I would strongly suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.
