  Had them come and install a new combi boiler after our old one was condemned. First impressions were very good as they showed up on a Saturday, fit it all, left the place tidy and charged what they quoted (just under £2k). It was a few months later that we started having issues. We continually get an error on the boiler which needs to be repaired by Vailant but because AJT never came to do the 1st annual service (which I specifically questioned that they would do) it would end up costing. 2nd problem comes from the condense pump. This had blown the top off and had soaked everything in our airing cupboard below that level. Managed to get hold of them who came out, told us to put pipe into a bucket and they would return in a week to fit the new pump. That was months ago. Since then have been unable to contact AJT Heating via landline or mobile. Called another plumber who actually came out to look at the issue. He said that a copper pipe which should go to an outside wall in case of boiler over pressuring had been put into the condense pump as a bodge to save time and as the boiler was faulty this is why the pump has failed. To fix the problem is going to cost £800. It seems they were only interested in taking my money and not interested in the aftercare as they haven't done anything they said they would. To summarise, not correctly installed and no aftercare from installers. Bit of an essay I know, but I have to vent about the shoddy work they have done and left me with a huge bill for work that should have been done correctly in the first place.

  Do not use this company! Tryed to charge us for parts not included in quote, got very aggressive work was of a poor standard.
