  Staff are brilliant. I would highly recommend here for any leather work that needs doing. We’ll definitely be back again as and when needed. Joe is delighted with his jacket :)

  Fantastic place ,very good quality leather goods ,quality service on repairs to any leather goods and excellent leather hides for all DIY projects .Freindly and helpful staff ,if you want anything to do with leather this is the place to go .

  Maughams leather were fantastic. I wanted a favourite, much-loved leather jacket to be re-lined, re-stitched and generally renewed without loosing it's original character. From the moment I walked in to this little, independent shop I felt re-assured. Debbie immediately understood what I was after and showed incredible attention to detail, including me in all the decisions, choosing the right materials, using the right oils, personally taking measurements, to make sure everything was done exactly right. Occasional phone calls came in to ask me about various changes, always with the utmost care. The jacket was finished in good time, for an absolute bargain and turned out perfectly. I am so pleased I chose to trust Debbie and Josie at Maughams Leather and spend the money breathing new life into an old jacket instead of buying a new one. I can't recommend them enough.
