  Absolutely furious would be an understatement. I ordered flowers for my daughter for a special surprise to be delivered this morning, Friday 25th August. 12.10 Still no flowers and my daughter has now left for the weekend. So I rang up to be told that I asked for them to be delivered after 10.00 am and that they were only £30.00 and not £35.00. After an ongoing discussion, the woman was looking at the wrong order. What a great start. She then asked what i wanted them to do,!!!! If it was my business I'd know exactly what to do. I asked her what would she suggest, the reply was issue a refund or deliver them on another day. The same bunch of flowers, I don't think so. I would have been so apologetic, I would have organised for a refund and would have delivered a bequest on another suitable day as an apology. I won't be ordering from them again. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. Furious, upset and extremely disappointed. There are plenty of other florists folks, think twice before you use these. 0 starts wasn't an option unfortunately, one is extremely generous.

  Ordered flowers on my way home from working away told them what I wanted and explained I would be arriving at Leeds train station and had a small window till my next train a member of staff arranged to hand deliver to the station the flowers where amazing and just what I asked for I would recommend and will be using again.
