  Staff always helpful and very knowledgeable about rabbits! Nicely communicating with the pets and the parents. It's helping to relieve the stress.

  The vets are good enough however their charges are very, very high. I have had dogs all my life and would pay anything to ensure their good health however this vet is charging way over and above why is necessary. I wonder if being part of a big corporate has anything to do with it. Sad as it should be about the animals. A reasonable profit margin is to be expected but I feel their mark up is unnecessary. I have therefore moved practice.
