  I've been to this branch maybe three times and on two occasions was made to feel so uncomfortable and awkward. The first time the man serving me made me feel like I was wasting his time by trying on two pairs of shoes and almost sighed when I said I didn't want them. Today however was just awful. I tried on ONE shoe and didn't even get a chance to look in the one mirror they have I asked how much the shoes were and the lady took the boxes with her and before I could ask to try on the other shoe she had started putting the sale thro ugh when I said "Okay..." (I meant to say okay can I try the other one on and see them in the mirror) I felt so awkward I took out my card to buy and then realised how ridiculous it is since they weren't even what I wanted. The staff all look at each other with smirks on their faces and roll their eyes. So uncomfortable. Thank God I didn't buy. I actually bought similar shoes that were more expensive from office because the customer service there is great. Aldo staff need to calm.down their push technique

  I was actually bringing a bag back that broke on me, so i wasn't in the best of moods, going in. I didn't have a receipt and to be honest wasn't expecting them to change it for me. but they did! better still the staff members went out of there way to help me. i ended up buying another bag before i left! great customer service and lovely handbags :)

  Not massively impressed with the customer service. There used to be a youngish gent work here that was presumptuous and borderline rude. Not seen him for a bit though. They never answer their phone

  REALLY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a bag, used twice, on both outfits the bag "Absolut" wore away the material on both Items of clothing, which I will not be able to wear again! Drove down to store in my own time to explain my upset over the situation taking both outfits as evidence was told to ring a number as alls he could offer me was a refund. Rang number who then told me I'd be rang back. Got a phone call back from a floor manager at Trafford centre ALDO who told me that she could not offer a contribution to replace my destroyed outfits alls she could do is offer me a refund and a 20% off voucher. Really disappointed.
