  I have used Align Therapies for many years and Sian has always been fantastic in getting me through sporting injuries and niggles. Her depth of knowledge and aftercare has helped ensure quick recovery from ITB and muscle injuries through running. She also managed to alleviate a persistent neck problem through acupuncture. My mother, who suffered a spinal injury, has also used Sian in her recuperation. Highly recommended!

  I would say I can't believe it, but I can because Sian AMAZING at her job. Less than 2 hours after seeinf Sian and I've got some relief already! I have been seeing Sian for the past I months and she truly is incredible!

  There are many elements involved in making it to the finish line. Training obviously, kit and support from family which is much appreciated. But now and again you need that something else to help with injuries, luckily Align Therapies have had my back and got me to the start on numerous occasions. The service is highly professional and of the best standard I’ve experienced.

  Local office near home. Sian is a very welcoming therapist. Very good review and treatment. Love the text reminders for appointments.
