  I did the Allen Carr seminar on Sunday 16th October 2016. I am now 15 months smoke free and although it was tough for the first 6 months, I am very pleased to be a Happy Non Smoker. The seminar was brilliant - my only complaint is that there were too many people. Obviously it worked for me, because I really wanted to stop smoking this time. I think the seminar's are so good and beneficial - I would recommend Allen Carr to anyone. It is the ONLY WAY I have been able to stop. This was my 2nd Seminar, I didn't want to give up enough the first time.

  Went with high hope of quitting smoking at the Alan Carr stop smoking seminar ,never worked for me sadly .Went back to 2nd seminar session did nothing .
