  Very grateful for a very speedy and efficient response this evening. Sorted within an hour with a situation we would never have sorted without professional help. Ali and very efficient person on the phone sorted us out- many many thanks. Not terribly cheap but not the point for us this evening- main thing is job done 👍🏻💦 ✅

  The man who came to my home to fix the washing machine was very nice and did an excellent job of it. We had a right old natter and he even made me a cup of tea even though I offered which was very nice.

  Please be wary that at least 2 of the reviews below seem to incorrectly refer to AMS Drain Services so maybe incorrectly boosting the rating of Easy Drain Services. I called Easy Drain Services one morning and was told they would visit between 3-6pm that day. I heard nothing so called at 5:45pm and was told they had only just arrived at another job and could not help until maybe 1-2pm the next day. They were courteous but didn't sound as they could cope with the volume of work and should have been honest so I could have booked another company - which is what I then did instead.

  Excellent job, I highly recommend this company especially Paul who got right to work clearing my kitchen drain and carefully cleaned up after what was a messy job. He even checked with my neighbor in the downstairs flat to be sure there was no leakage affecting them. All in all a great experience, job done properly for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much and best wishes. P.S. I even posted and liked you on my Facebook page which I have never done for any company before today.
