  Visited to give blood, so didn't use any facilities. Have to pay to park which is annoying just to give blood.

  Really good gym with lots of friendly staff and excellent excersise classes.

  Some facilities ok but very popular so could do with an upgrade

  Good choice of classes and facilities are also good. If you are over a certain age there are classes designed more for you in mind but not as many as there were so be aware. Check and maybe talk with their team, some of whom are dedicated to the older age group.
