  Great shop have never not went in and came out with what I wanted big variety of stock and if he doesn't have will get in for you great shop for paints and any diy products also pet stuff great

  Not at all customer friendly!! The owner is so rude. Bought something from the store and he confirmed that he would take it back if not required. But he refused later ( just after 15 mins) and said I would give your money back even if you purchase an item of less amount. But exchange is must! After having exchanged the item he refused to give the balance back that he promised and said the item should be of the same amount! Will never go back to this store and won't even recommend to others. Poor service!! The product was bought by mistake as my parent did not know at that time that we had already ordered the same online at a discounted price. Just being polite and fair would have avoided this all.

  SUPER RUDE - Pathetic Customer Service... If you cant treat your customer well you can get repeat business from them... When you say it can be returned you should return it rather than just venting out on the customer.
