    Excellent service. I live nearby and will sometimes pop in at short notice if I have a problem and find the staff very helpful and willing to sort out problems promptly. The shop is well stocked and the staff are skilful and obliging.

    Bought two bikes here. Two helmets and lights. Service was ok not great. The padlock i bought and used it once would not open. So i took it back and the service is poor. No apology that its faulty. No offer to swap item no discount on me buying another lock.. The offer is to send it back to manufacturer . You sold me a faulty item.. The people in here are charmless and have no personality.. Please avoid this place at all costs and avoid evans cycles too.. Go to Brixton cycles the staff are kind and professional.. Apex please avoid them.

    They did a service on both my hybrid and my Canyon road bike and took them back to tip-top condition. Very friendly, good comms, super helpful to try to meet my aspiration to have it ready for the weekend. Sadly won’t be making use of it until the Beast from the East is over though!

    Had a really great experience there. Its not my local shop but I arrived there having been involved in a collision with a car along the high street. The guys took me in and were really kind to me when I was in shock and not really sure what I was doing. They then held onto my bike for quite a while when I was sorting out compensation and have been genuinely kind throughout. Could not recommend highly enough!
