  If there was the option of zero stars I would have selected this...outrageously, appalling service I have ever experienced. Unbelievable! Went in with two iPhones both required new batteries...due to the huge amount of people experiencing battery issues. We returned after two hours, a blasé American chap non apologetically explained my previously working iPhone no longer was in working condition as battery was a third party, apparently they didn’t tamper with it, without any apology or responsibility for damage. Manager tollis equally unhelpful. Went round in circles. So frustrating! My Daughter’s iPhone was returned with a new screen as they’d broken it replacing the battery, £195!! We have numerous apple products but now we feel so let down we are reconsidering! Went to mad about mobiles in Hastings they showed me how the battery had been removed and the connection broken, denied by Apple. Took the screen off with ease too!!! £45 and they threw in a new screensaver! We will NEVER return to the Brighton store!! Taking this further...

  Ein Apple Store wie jeder andere auch. Mehrere Verkäufer, aber keiner hat Zeit. Das scheint eine ganz besondere Verkaufspsychologie zu sein. Für mich ist das kein Laden der es wert ist besucht zu werden. Dort muss man offensichtlich erst mal lernen, dass der Kunde König ist und auch So behandelt werden möchte.

  Disgusting store had to get my iPhone replaced and they replaced it with a Chinese version. Took 6 months and the finally realised. They got a new device for me and I called and informed them I will be in on this date but instead they sold it to someone else making me wait another 4 weeks for a new one. **BEWARE OF THIS STORE ** I then brought a macbook from them what over heated and burned my legs they laughed and refused to help even though the device came up with a fan error. I then managed to get a replacement after a nunber of calls but was told that the store will remove my defails and data on the device what didnt happen instead £200 went out of my bank for the repair eveb thought it was replaced. Head office and police informed who sorted it. This store has disgusting customer service they only want to sell you items instead of helping to repair them unless you pay. I waited 6 months for my iPod to be repaired and was told it was sent to a different person so the finance was refunded. I also noticed after this review Apple took £50 out of my account for iTunes and app purchases what I haven't used as I don't have the devices so I've listed it as fraudulent to the bank who are investigating Apple. I since sold all my Apple devices and have gone to Samsung who don't charge for repairs or call you a liar like Apple. My wife has also stopped using Apple.

  A great temple for everything Apple. Very friendly staff. Can get very busy during school holidays and weekends.

  I visited the store today for some help with my deceased sons iPad. The help l received was amazing. I didn't catch the young man's name could have been Andy ? I just wanted to say thank you. He was very tall. Definitely 5*
