  Very poor service. Went there to get an iPhone, the lady who served me was and complaining she is too tired to do any more sales. I decide to buy the phone I wanted and asked her if I can get apple care insurance in Greece where I live otherwise I wouldn't continue with the purchase. She reassured me that 100% yes I can. So I did what she advised when back in Greece, called apple here and found out that actually is not possible to get apple care in this country but only insurance from the shops that sell iPhones (if you buy the phone from them). I called apple in Covent Garden to find a solution since this was not my fault and got given the wrong advise from them but there was no help provided.

  Not the service I expected from an Apple store. I went to enquiry about a battery replacement, most of the staff was busy with customers or busy to talk to each other. I walked up and down the store looking for someone who could have helped me, then I decided to go straight to some of the staff who was talking in group, I apologized for interrupting and I had 4 people staring at while I was explain what I needed. It looked like I wasn't clear enough so I had to kind of explaining me again but I didn't enjoy having few people staring at me and waiting for me to finish so they could go back to what they were talking. On top of the fact the they had no battery in stock and I told me to check online when this would be available and come back. Well I wished I was noticed every time I tried to make eye contact with the staff and once engaged with them one of them could have step up and give me a little bit more attentions.

  Nice shopping center. Good entertainment available here. Good food available easily. Connected all popular places of Central London

  This store is generally my favourite. Bright and airy and much better to access then the Regents St store. Always someone at hand to speak to and I have never had a bad customer service experience at Apple, once.

  I would give -5 stars if I could My iPhone - out of guarantee but well cared for - stopped working. Literally one minute it was working, the next minute it wasn’t. So after wasting lots of time with Apple’s online help, who of course weren’t able to help, I made an appointment with the “genius” bar Almost immediately the “genius” asked if I was planning to upgrade my phone, which I wasn’t. The only alternative was a paid-for repair costing several hundred pounds I’m really disappointed. Apple products are expensive, they shouldn’t just drop dead I’ve bought numerous Apple products for myself and members of my family over the years but my next phone will not be an iPhone
