  Went with a friend, never impressed with the people at Apple, even less after this visit. A lot of high fluting rubbish spoken by someone trying but failing to impress

  I can't fault the guys, girls and others at this store. I run a small business out of Cornwall and we have an office in London. Drake Circus over any of the stores Apple Stores in London or NYC. Their knowledge, professionalism and touch of humour and human compassion works. Im always approached to see if I need help. Not to mention going above and beyond when things have gone wrong. S

  Very supportive, helpful and thorough. Brought a dead iPad back to life with a full reinstall. It's been fine ever since.

  Because this store has a conflicting amount of 1 star and 5 star reviews, I think it would be fair to elaborate on the process to go through to make the after sales experience work well. In summary, it was a breath of fresh air to be dealt with promptly and professionally. My personal experience in fixing my iPhone 6s today went without a hitch; In fact quite slick. But, I made sure that there was a very clear case raised with Apple support and I ensured the store had the replacement parts in stock so as to prevent a wasted journey. My feeling is that this store is the real deal for legitimate scenarios and I also believe that things go wrong for people’s expectations as they don’t go through the appointment process properly and people who may not have legit grounds for a free repair or replacement. Do your part of the process thoroughly and they will exceed your expectations. I travelled 70 miles to them today and I don’t have one regret doing it. Well worth the 140 mile round trip. Use with confidence.
