  Really like the staff at Apple and this store, but fallen out of love with apple in recent years. Everything in the Applestore is also very expensive. Great if you're an Apple devotee but I think there's a lot of other great options out there. Can't fault layout, service and friendliness though

  I’m really disappointed. I went there for a battery replacement and paid £25, and the battery is still giving me the same problems. After two days even the touch and audio system stopped working and the battery performance got worse. My old battery performance was better at this point. I went after three days because I wanted to see if it gets better, but nothing, I asked one of the staff for help and he was so rude, he answered me so rudely and he wasn’t even looking at me. furthermore he didn’t even understand my question. After that he sent me to another guy who told me to come again the day after. Like I’m speechless.

  Excellent service today from Josh and Caine. So helpful and knowledgeable, made purchasing so easy. Nothing was too much trouble for theses guys. Was a pleasure to purchase from this store thanks to the excellent staff. Highly recommended.

  Went In last Thursday to buy an Apple Mac Pro...was awaiting the finance decision, and still haven’t heard anything. I was only doing this option so it’s easier for me and could of paid the whole amount if needed. I had to chase them up Friday Twice! After that I just give up. Not the best way to treat someone who was going to spend over £1000.

  Have had to go for support a few times (well, I own an iPhone) and never have I found the ‘genius’ that I have eventually seen, helpful in any way. A simple google search told me more before I went. If fact, it takes them ages to get to the level of knowledge I have, as a non-expert, with a little common sense. What it does is give them the chance to sell you something: a new phone, or there new favourite- an Apple plan. No more Apple for me! If at least, I won’t need to go to the shop. What was really annoying this time was waiting outside the shop, for the team to give each other a round of applause as us chumps waited for them to open and grace us with the expertise [sarcasm]
