  Was informed it would take 3-5 days for a repair. On the fifth day, walked in-store to ask about my laptop’s repair status, since I couldn’t get through their phone lines (I was stuck on hold each time I rang, no one picked up.) The laptop hadn’t been touched in the five days they held onto it. Appalling customer service. Avoid this place completely.

  Bought my iPhone from here and it was quick and easy click and collect service. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

  Just thought to let everyone know, that SWOLLEN iPhone battery is completely safe to carry around. One need not worry about the safety, this has been vouched by Genius Bar White City Apple Store Manager. In fact, I faced this issue while on holiday and I was scared and got rid of the swollen battery and had i kept it intact i would have got a free swap, however, since i was concerned about my safety and got rid of battery, Apple folks wouldn't give me a free replacement. I thought it would be good to share this as the safety aspect of Swollen Battery by Apple is not widely advertised i.e. it is completely safe to carry around I suppose, Apple is now concerned about managing Trillion Dollar Assets rather than good quality customer service with empathy!! Gone are those days, well, that's life isn't it !!!

  Very surprised by how good, friendly and even fun the service I got was yesterday at Westfield/White City Apple. I am terribly impatient but my expectation were well managed and I never got the "I'm about to blow up here' feeling. Waited about 10 min at the genius bar after being given an emergency appointment which worked very well. The advice I received made me rethink the whole issue I had, which would eventually save me lots of money. I was then passed onto a lovely girl on the shop floor who gave me invaluable tips re my iPad and advice on best product to buy eventually. We had a great time ! There was no pressure to buy, which is soooo relaxing.

  I came into this store with an appointment and was served by Masi (Italian gentleman), he was extremely helpful, very kind and positive and provided me with all the information which I needed. No question was too silly for him and I left feeling confident that a solution could be found and dealt with swiftly with his help. He's an amazing staff member and an asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and when I return, hope to be served by him again.
