  Fantastic store! Manager on duty was a real credit to the store.. friendly, professional and obviously customer service focused. I called first and then visited the store in person to return a faulty tv and the whole process was easy, stress free and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be returning! In fact All staff, whenever I have visited (and it’s fairly frequently) have been helpful and friendly. Obviously a well led and managed store - a real credit to Argos. Great parking facilities and disabled access friendly. A Great Store!

  One of the best shops of Oldbury , right location, lots of parking spaces , excellent service, friendly staff , well stocked ,customer friendly and always does SALE offers for their products, Recommend for electronics and electrical goods, home appliances and consoles.

  Quick service, made my son feel really grown up when he wanted to be served himself today (hes 6) staff had plenty of time for him
