::Extremely slow service. Expect at times to be waiting in line for 30 mins +, even if there's only a few people in the queue. There doesn't seem to be a system in place to efficiently deal with the modest volume of customers they deal with.

::Despite the christmas shopping queue spilling into the street, the staff were efficient and very polite. My items were ordered in store and collected with no fuss and minimal wait. Well done!

::Ordered a beard trimmer online. Went in to collect it and was presented with a torn up box. The item had been opened and possibly used. When I refused to take it the woman at the counter was particularly unhelpful saying there was nothing wrong with it, it was the last one, that she couldn't order one from another shop, and that I should probably just go elsewhere to buy something similar. Total waste of my time and energy. I certainly will be buying elsewhere from now on.
