  Probably the worst customer service in any shop ever. Ignored for 5 min while the staff had a chat. Then waited 25 min for item 3 people in shop

  Really bad customer service. Bad attitude and unexperiance staff. The manager couldn't even speak to me but talk to her staff instead. Be aware returning your products they are really bad at it. Won't be shopping here again. I was refused to return my product by the staff due to being home delivered, the next morning I went to cheltenham Argos and they returned all my money with no questions asked!!! This Argos needs help and alot of training! Very bad management.

  Had a dreadful shopping experience. Purchased bread maker which, upon first using, was clearly faulty and had to be returned. Opted for replacement, a different model, and this also failed to work. Will never shop at Argos again.

  Argos at imperial park never seem to get it right always have to wait lots of staff but not on the tills and when you get someone with a query take a packed lunch! Sort it out argos and get tills for straightforward collection's and I don't mean fast track as people were waiting there but nobody serving!
