  Towar niezgodny z opisem w katalogu! Kilka osób obsługi i czekałem 40min na odbiór i potem wymianę na inny.

  Great location. Staff are friendly. Sometimes feels a bit empty and a few times it has taken a long while to be served the product orfered.

  I'm so so angry and disgusted by the service! So slow and not helpful. I am a small single mum that paid for lots of heavy things ie furniture! Refused to let me load from the rear of the shop and watched carry, struggle and be in pain with each individual item to the car that is situated by the rear of the shop. An hour later I'm still in pain from carrying it all. It gets worse the furniture stuff has loads of pieces missing!!!!!!

  After parking above the store and the parking meter swallowing my money, I thought the hard part of my journey was over. I was wrong. Upon ordering 4 of the same item, I received one, and was given a polite but quick thank you... "hold on, I ordered four of these" "Oh, I wondered why it didn't tell me the order was complete." Responded the member of staff. After well over 30 minutes of the final item being "carried from the basement", "being lost" and "the manager trying to locate it" I was finally presented with the full order. In the meantime, I received a helpful text to tell me that my order had a problem and had been cancelled. I assume this was an effort to circumvent order completion time statistics and distract customers from the excessive waiting times. Nonetheless, finally I was able to receive all of my order and swore to myself I'd just order online next time.
