  They're not called Arnold shark for nothing. Had a work van in here for a repair to the wiring loom in the drivers door. Came back with the door not opening from the inside as some muppet had yanked the door card off without disconnecting the central locking cable and broke the plastic bit the cable fits into. Also, they had the van for 3 weeks to do the job after it was booked in for the repair over a month in advance so they could get the loom. Not impressed

  After being re-booked three times due to lack of drivers and courtesy cars in a time period of over a month, I am now being told that they can't come and collect/deliver my car because it's too far away. This had not stopped them in the past, and would be nice if it was mentioned to begin with before wasting all this time while i risk driving a car i may get stranded in the middle of nowhere with. Additionally the lady who answered the phone every time i have called has always rushed the call and has been unhelpful in every in every instance, proving no explanation to why it has taken this long to realise their mistake.

  Got in touch about getting a tow bar fitted on to my 2015 Transit Connect. They quoted me well over £550 just to supply which i thought was very expensive as id been quoted £200 cheaper by other to supply and fit. Contacted Arnold Clark Ford Parts and they said that wasn't right and i should be only around £400 for them to supply. In the meantime i went on to Fords website to have a check on the deals that they do on parts and came across a Tow Bar Promotion they were doing for one to be fitted and supplied for £489 including VAT. Went into Arnold Clark Service to ask why i hadn't been offered this and was told they didn't know of anything to do with this deal and that they couldn't actually work with it! Even showed the boy i was dealing with the website and showed him that there was nothing saying the transit connect wasn't included and that it clearly said "Tow Bar and Electrics Supplied and fitted for £489". Even also showed him that when you went onto check what dealers it would work with. it showed them. Stayed for about half an hour trying to get what was advertised on Fords own website but was still told that they wouldn't do the deal that was advertised that they could do. I'm in the middle of speaking to Fords UK Customer Service about this as they don't agree with Arnold Clark. not the first time ive had to contact Ford about this dealership! Would stay well back from them and wont be back in the future! Folk that work there are a bunch of unprofessional and ignorant workers.

  Helpful staff & good service. They run a drop off, pick up shuttle bus service too which is handy.
