  The sales person I spoke to was called Melanie who was super helpful and informative too. I'm merely considering purchasing a car from Arnold Clark's but when I eventually decide I'm very confident I will return to this dealership and speak to Melanie again to help me.

  I would recommend that you steer well clear of Arnold Clarke , I had an issue with my headlights and the mechanics removed my front bumper (alegedly) without my knowledge or say so just to have a look at the problem!! For this I recieved an invoice for 2-3 hours labour. I then then bought 2 new headlights and let another mechanic ( not at Arnold Clarke) take old ones out and replace them with minimal fuss in about half hour, the bumper did not need to be removed at all!! I also had a similar problem at Bristol street motors, none of the "big name" garages can be trusted in my oppinion.
