  I was in the new Skoda showroom while car being serviced. Staff welcoming and friendly. Good coffee, papers provided and they always have a supply of sweets. Great place to wait if the weather is awful.

  Customer service is always a bit hit and miss here. Service department usually very vague on what's been done and why. I think not having the actual service centre on site doesn’t help.

  We have run a few vehicles through the Skoda part of Arnold Clarke. Always courteous. Online booking works well, swift and efficient. Much better than other dealers in the group further up the road! 😳
