  I picked my new car from your branch this weekend! After a previous horrendous experience a few years ago i must admit i was really sceptical. However i took the risk and it was definitely worth it. I was so appreciative that your staff worked tirelessly to ensure i had my car by the day i needed it! A massive thank you to Dean, the sales advisor who put up with my endless rants and tantrums over little hiccups. His calm demeanour and sales techniques are worthy of dissemination of others. He is an absolute credit to your company and i only hope that when it comes to my next purchase.. he is still in post, if not promoted! I promise I'll be less stressful next time!

  What can I say - Andy Caine was amazing. Helping me pick my car which at times must have been very frustrating for him. He was patient and understanding definitely not a pushy salesman. He found me lots of cars over a period of nearly 7 weeks but I kept changing my mind, eventually he found me the perfect 17 plate Astra and ensured everything was sorted out before collection from myself. Even when I went to collect the car I noticed a little scratch mark on the door and he got that sorted for me the following day. Andy thank you for making my experience with Arnold Clark a very enjoyable one.

  Bought our Vauxhall Insignia from Arnold Clark a couple of years ago. The salesman really listened to what we needed from a car and helped us choose the right one and got us a great price. We always go back for our service and MOT because they do a great job. We were in recently and we had a chat with a couple of the salesmen about trading our car in and getting a newer one. They didn't pressure us to do it there and then, so we'll definitely be going back when we decide to change ours!

  Outstanding service. I am very pleased with the everything. Barry MAYORS exceeded my expectations. He has helped me every step of the way. It is also really good to get such a happy welcome every time we talk (not many places are like that) The fact that he is soo open about everything. Telling me everything upfront before i even decided. Sending me copies of documents to read through. Finding me a car that was even better than the car i wanted. And a great deal. The after care as well is second to none. Barry i can not thank you enough. (This box is not big enough to describe how happy i am) You have a customer for life. So please dont leave 😀

  Fabulous choice of cars at a great price. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable advice from the team and management, and terrific overall service. Would never buy a car from anywhere else. Highly recommended.
