::Rubbish. Incompetent for the most part. Much lip service and patronising. Received wrong order and included with it was another customers order, in the same package, when questioned was told they don't know how it happened. Now been waiting almost a month for framed print? Requested refund told no? Completely Ridiculous. Should change name to... ARTEAUTARCHY. Never again. Addendum to the above with regard to the reply from the company. It is not correct that I was kept informed throughout. I was in fact left in the dark despite promises of being kept informed I had to email more often than was necessary to ascertain where my order was. In terms of the wrongly delivered prints that had nothing to do with the snow as that delivery occurred at least a week perhaps more before the snowy conditions. I was never furnished with any reason why this had occurred. Whilst the person I was in contact with did try to resolve the fiasco the overall experience is not something I would wish to repeat. Caveat Emptor regarding this company.

::I popped into Art Republic today for the first time in ages. I save my visits for once a year or so, to see what’s new. Today your team were excellent and the customer service was superb. The knowledge, kindness and amiability of your staff was great. I felt very welcomed. I was astounded to know Evie has been working with you for such a short time! Both her and Poppy deserve great praise. Excellent service, smiley faces and a very comfortable atmosphere, thank you. I left feeling that I would be much happier to visit more often.
