  Alishia is very rude, hostile and aggressive. She had a full blown argument with me and my family in the store which was instigated by her. A low key conversation with her colleague regarding a return didn't really warrant her intervention. She is basically rude, unprofessional and definitely does not have a clue about customer service. I asked to speak to the store manager after Alishia was arguing in the middle of the store attracting other customer's attention, she told me that is her. No Alishia you are not the store Manager, I have called the Head Office and been informed different! Next time a customer asks to speak to the store manager, please honour it as you are just the minion. Lack of customer service, aggressive, rude, attracts the wrong type of attention - let your aspirations of a store manager only remain as dreams. Alishia looks and speaks like a CHAV, this makes me think that the job centre must have put a lot of pressure on Asda to employ the likes of you. You cannot have a full on brawl with customer's, you are not in a night club so please put that yob behaviour away. After asking Alishia for her name to put in a formal complaint she told me she has pictures of me! Yes Alishia your store has cameras but what are you suggesting? Are you threatening me? You have my pictures and will do what? This thug like behaviour is that of an Asda 'Manager', atleast you don't get that at Morrison's. JUST TO CLARIFY, MY SISTER AND I WENT TO ASDA TO RETURN SOME BEDDING. WHY OH WHY DID THIS STUPID, RIDICUOUS AND BY THE LOOKS OF IT NOT VERY EDUCATED 'MANAGER' HAVE TO EXPLODE IN AN ARGUMENT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO WATCH. THE ASDA STORE ASSISTANT DID NOT ASK A MANAGER TO INTERVENE AS IT WAS NOT A HOSTILE SITUATION. THE ORDINARY SHOP ASSISTANT HAD EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO ARGUE LIKE AN IDIOT? I truly believe that if I was white this wouldn't happen. No, I'm not playing the racist card, I made Alishia aware of the rationale behind the return issue but she kept speaking over me despite of asking her to let me finish. I tried to tell her that it is only this particular assistant that refuses to accept returns despite of having a receipt. On several occasions, my sister has witnessed other non whites in the queue having an issue when returning things, but when white people return things, there's never an issue. It cant possibly be an issue with receipts everytime! ALISHIA you are a nasty piece of work, go and educate yourself. I am just disappointed that I stooped to your level, my upbringing and education goes against everything that you created in the store today.

  I always enjoying shopping ar Asda always have what I need and tge sale on clothes and footwear is very good .

  Nice sized Asda, pretty much everything you could need including a clothes and homeware section.

  Used to shop here when I lived neare!! The staff were very helpful and friendly!! Some of the customers could be quite rude and would ram you with their trolleys!! Good variety of clothing and food sold here though! !

  Great place to shop open 24hours loads of free parking also rest room for adults and baby changing complete with pharmacy and small coffee bar and not far from the bus station
