  I have to say this was the worst store I have ever been in. The store dirty, untidy and I could not buy 6 of the 7 items I wanted. And 2 of the staff that work there where so rude to me Kieth and Tracy And when I rang ASDA house they were just as bad

  Thank you so much to the Asda delivery driver that stopped to help us on the B4221 between the M50 and Crow Hill. We were travelling from Birmingham and following the sat nav, on our way to hospital to see my son who had been in a serious car accident. Your driver stopped to offer us help after we got stuck in the snow. He redirected us and helped us make it safely to Hereford hospital. We hope you can pass on this message and tell him how truly grateful we are.

  I like shopping at asda. Apart from l take my trolley on.wheels there no where to leave it well l shop .l am 73 so trying to pull 2 trolley around is difficult. When we go to Spain you have to leave your bags you put a.coin in to lock your bag up then get back when you get your bag

  Came here yesterday to do some shopping. Anyway had to get some vegetables but found that most of the vegetables etc had very short and not any long sell by dates on them! And quite a lot of them had that day's sell by date on them or the next day ! And some of the onions big and small were very soft or beginning to go off or were mouldy! Which isn't what anybody wants at all! ,the same applied to the packaged onions too , as was the same with the dates for Broccoli!, and some of those were going yellow and some weren't really fresh at all! So I had to spend more time than I wanted in there sorting out the best ones, and being registered disabled was extra painful, and more frustrating and stressful too .And although it was a late Thursday afternoon, and bearing in mind that the store opens all those hours, the selection of packaged Fish was very poor and very unexpected, and the same applied to the packaged pork, and a limited choice which was unexpected too! and the same applied to the dates ,the thing being the dates as you wouldn't be able to keep it for that long.!And would have to be used more or less immediately, which isn't always possible is it!?.And the selection of low alcohol wine was very poor ,especially as the health buff 's keep on about alcohol intake! And the same applied to the Bread, although the selection was vast the same applied to the dates too! Which isn't very good with a business as big as they are. But overall you can get all that you need I think a lot could be improved in a big way ,like with the checkouts there are never enough in operation, which always adds to the stress of the whole experience ,especially if you are in a rush! And some of the staff have a lot to be desired, and could try and pretend that they do want to be there to work and try not to make it so obvious that they don't, and give the odd smile or a simple "hello" or force a few words out! So I can only write what I experienced.

  Worst fry up I've ever had in the cafe . I've been to this store for lack of any other stores near me that offer deals on larger. I've repeatedly gotten poor service from the till staff and don't even get me started on the service provided at the self check out tills. This store by far has the most untrained staff I've ever encountered. The only reason I go here is for multi packs of larger . And it seems even just doing this is hard work Herefords asda. Shape up please
