  Awful store. Purposely understaffed at tills so they can save money, they don't care how long you have to queue, no managers in sight, lots of staff standing round chatting with one another, toilets are disgusting, coffee machine never works, poor stock levels, rude customer service staff, and prices rising including so called "rollbacks" aren't as good as they used to be it's taking the mick (£1 off a £12 item instead of £3). Also freezing in side store. Nobody to help in George department, ever. Finally, there's a really bizarre and unattractive Indian woman who seems quite unstable and who is always shouting across the store at other colleagues. Really, ASDA?

  It is a great shop. It as great choice of food. Best quality and it as George clothes. It is the best super market I use it a lot. I recommend it

  Brilliant store ,very well packed and generally helpful and pleasant staff ,although sometimes evening can be difficult after 10pm getting around the isles owing to shelf stocking Otherwise lovely Store ,Cheers Shaun. The Restaurant Cafe on Upper Level ,is very poor service .Do not use ,.Today 9th Feb 2018 ,many young girls serving breakfast around 11am, very ignorant and not serving queue on first come first served Basis ,!2 item Breakfast had 10 items ,returned as was warm too ,Also Second Breakfast was like it had been microwaved .Unfortunately Not recommended the Cafe but cannot leave separate review .

  One of the best supermarkets in Birmingham! Very good range of products. What I like about this store is the new product range you see regularly before the likes of other supermarkets in the area. Keep up the good work on this Asda.
