::Did a click and collect on line, which I is the easy bit. Went to pick it up from collection point in store waited around 10 minuets for someone to asked if waiting for a food order. Wait another 20 minuets for order to arrive only to be told order had gone missing and the assistant helping me had to go pick some items. Then to get home and check everything off just incase anything else was missing, as no paper receipt was given. Only to find out at dinner time when going to give the kids the strawberries we had order for the pudding that one right on the top was covered in mould. Not happy, if it was not for the assistant being so polite and helpful in collection I would not be given them any stars

::I tried to sleep and they kicked me out! Worst B&B ever! No room service either... But toilet aisle was comfortable

::The home delivery staff are absolutely moronic. System used the wrong post code but correct address when the address was selected automatically in the app with no way to change the post code. No attempts to get in contact using the phone number provided on the account, twice this has happened and not one of the colleagues in this store has ever answered the phone on either occasion (customer service rang on my behalf) and the drivers simply ignore the order if they're left to scratch their heads for longer than ten seconds. But of course all it would have taken is a quick trip to Google Maps with the first line of the address to remedy this or even just a phone call to ask (which they are actually supposed to do I've been informed) but common sense doesn't exist. If it's that difficult to provide adequate customer service I suggest these individuals seek employment in a more remedial environment. However in light of the incredibly bubbly driver that managed to bring us supplies during the worst of this snowstorm, I would also comment there are a few diamonds in the rough here and clearly some members of staff are wonderful individuals that will sadly be tarred with the same brush as their lesser counterparts. Hope it's one of the good minority that deals with you.

::Absolutely awful delivery service, me and my partner will NEVER be using the service again which is a shame considering the food is a good price! The first time they didn't deliver they promised it wouldn't happen again and gave us a free delivery pass for a month, the second is not acceptable, however when they attempted to redeliver today they left half of our order off the list including essentials like bread!!! I'm a very busy and hard working carer who does 14 hour shifts and my partner can't drive and works unsociable hours too, I now have to go on my 2 hour break to get my essentials. ASDA you're an absolute waste of my time and I will never be using your useless delivery service again!!!! I am fuming!!!!

::Why do the checkout people lie the bagdown to pack it? When you pick it up all the shopping is on it's side. My trifle was ruined and I had to take it back. They always do this saying it is health and safety!! Rubbish! It doesn't take much effort to pack things properly. This was done today by an older lady who should know better. Not happy!
