  As for the store all fine: always wide range of products and good prices. The only downside is the parking lot where there is no security and various cars and vans get robbed in the daylight

  Staff are really friendly and helpful. . . Generally it's always got what I want but midweek evenings it can be a bit low on fresh bread but I guess that's normal

  Location is very handy being near the bus station but I only shop there for a few extra items in the week because I hate self-service tills and there are too few manned tills so you have to queue for ages if it's busy. Also aisles aren't labelled clearly. I spent ages trying to find the gluten free products because I couldn't find the sign or a member of staff to ask. On a good note the gluten free bread rolls they sell are pretty good but I can probably get them in other stores too.

  Shocked by how bad this Asda has become. The only staff you Ever see are the ones on checkouts or ones that are chatting away like they're in school by the self checkouts. I've been there three times in the last 2 weeks and none of the self service staff are aware of their surroundings and there is always atleast 3 of them there. They don't listen out for people calling for help, if anything, they act like we've interrupted them. The worst part is aside from those people there is no staff on the shop floor!! Literally. Nobody. I had one more item that I couldn't find, I decided to look through every aisle (not even exaggerating) until I had to find someone all the way at the front. I've never been so shocked with a supermarket. Disgusting. Hire good shop floor staff. You bring in more than enough money.
