  the staff at the self-service are horrific, one was stood at my till, about two inches from me and i asked her twice to take off a security tag, she just turned and walked away. I watched to see if she was doing something important, no, she stood in the middle of the tills with some bags in case someone needed one. then the second lady i asked put her hand up to me in a stop motion several times, helped someone else, dawdled about before eventually getting to me with a scowl.
