  I was shocked that no customer services were available when I went at 10pm. I made a special trip to exchange an item of clothing. Spoke to two staff in the George area who told me to come back in the daytime. I work most daytimes so will probably have to come on a Sunday when it's rammed and have to wait to be seen and possibly the shirt I wanted to exchange for could be sold out. Why is there nobody capable of doing an exchange at this time. In such a big store? Not impressed at all.

  Music too loud. Scan and shop tills not working they were wanting a scan check on every customer using it. Shopping that had been nicely packed was thrown about by assistant as she was rushing because of queues building up. No space available to re pack bags. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this Asda they need to speak with Tesco as I have never had a problem with their scan and shop. In all a very stressful experience

  Please note! This review is for the CAFE only. Tuesday 02nd January 2018 at 2:30. Ordered the All Day Breakfast. Apparently it comes with either fried, scrambled or poached egg. Sadly, I wasn't given that option as the lady behind the counter proceeded to crack an egg on the hotplate. Fried egg it is then! When my meal arrived at my table, it looked good enough. Not a problem with anything except the bacon. It was that hard, I could have bounced it from here into the middle of next week. It was clearly made earlier in the day and kept warm. It had all dried out. Just one other thing. Bread and butter comes with fish and chips, not a cooked breakfast. Toast would be the order of the day. Overall? Disappointed.
