  Told me the house was all students so that I’d feel comfortable moving in there, the place was filled with creepy old men all 50+ who stare at you as you walk into your house, they smoke weed and stink the house out ALL DAY because none of them work. I’m pretty sure they were dealing drugs from the house too as they had cameras all over the place and there were always different cars parked up outside, whenever I tried to seek help from the estate agents they just told me to call the landlord and were not helpful at all. When I called about mould being all over the kitchen 3 days after I moved in they told me they’ve done their invent checks so it must have been me. The cooker in the kitchen was at least 30 years old but when I moved out they tried saying that it was brand new and the years worth of rust on it was caused by me. So apparently the cooker had 30 years worth of rust on it which was acquired during a 6 month tenancy. They quoted me the wrong council tax band and said they’d call the council to set up a direct debit for me but never did, the heating was never on but again whenever I called to complain they just asked me to call the landlord. I don’t understand what they actually do other than tell lies because invent checks weren’t done when I moved in and they were so unhelpful with every request. They also entered the property for viewing without my permission, I put tape on the inside of the door when I went out and I came back in to find it had been ripped so someone ahd entered the property.

  Avoid this place like the plague kulbir the owner is only interested in profit if they terry and take your deposit fight them as they will take as much as they can.

  Very professional and helpful agency. We've been in many other agencies but this one is the best. We've been looking for one bedroom flat somewhere in central of Southampton. The agent in professional manner showed us flat and explained all the processes. Agency promised to paint flat and change carpets. When we moved we couldn't believe how good work done in that flat. I have to tell that we didn't have any issues with agency in terms of deposit, credit check and references. All done great. The inventory check was made so pro and all the people did great work. I must say that I would recommend this agency to everyone and that is why I'm writing this comment. If you need specialist from renting or selling flats, go to Aspire.
