  Went in Sunday had no idea what I was doing the staff were very very helpful in showing me what to do and very pleasant and jolly would highly recommend this shop thank you

  Handed in a 6m old navy blazer and got it back with pink stains under the arms. After going back and forth, their last answer was as helpless as can be, arguing sweat damaged the fabric, causing the stains to appear after cleaning. They did not accept any responsibility and did not offer any compensation. Blazer ruined. The even didn’t return the cost of cleaning! The two ladies at the shop did not know anything about their insurance or process for a customer complaint. This company is obviously using dodgy products, and have no interest or system to compensate their customer for any faulty service. They operate without competition in Southampton, therefore not bothered in losing customers. I feel absolutely unprotected as a customer. Don’t risk it, avoid this place!

  Very old dryers. Hard to find room to pack the clothes. Staff is too busy to run the dry cleaning shop next door. Costs £1 for 6 minute drying and even after one hour of drying the clothes are still half wet. Too expensive and not well maintained. Needs a lot of improvement.

  Dear Debbie and the team Thank you so much for all the care and attention you have given to cleaning my daughter's dress. I genuinely thought it was beyond cleaning! Mud and spilled food and drink made the dress look really sad! The dress is now back with us and looks fantastic, packed beautifully in the presentation box. It is now something my daughter can keep as a wonderful memory of her day. Thank you so much. I fully recommend this service. Catherine Leahy
