::We went for a coffee (with a baby) and we were referred to the supervisor to get a table, how that?? We were given ridiculous excuses and waiting times for a table that gave us the impression they didn't want us there with a crying baby. I recommend you go round the corner to "Urban Baristas", friendly staff, amazing teas and coffees.

::We visited the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday, but the restaurant was very quiet - only two other tables had customers. The setup, furniture, and everything else in the restaurant was well kept and looked quite pretty. We were slow to be served, and the waitress failed to make me feel comfortable. My date and I had planned to only get a main at this restaurant and go elsewhere for dessert, but the waitress offered us starters anyway because of the time our burgers would take to cook - this surprised me considering we were only 1 of 3 customers in the whole restaurant! The food arrived in good time and was of average presentation, and slightly above average on flavour. Considering the price tag, we were expecting a lot more all round. They seemed very reluctant to give us the bill. Then when we eventually received it, we discovered that a service charge was already included at over 12%! We were not impressed by this at all as we felt the waitress had not deserved that amount, and it was not advertised anywhere beforehand that the charge would be automatically added. We went to the adjoining bar afterwards, but the bartender was so rude and disinterested that we left without ordering anything.

::Während meines Hotel Aufenthalt im direkt angrenzenden Hotel kann man hier frühstücken, was ich aber definitiv nicht empfehlen kann . Unfreundlich teuer und es bietet für das Geld nichts außer einem zugegebenermaßen leckeren Café. Der angrenzende Spanier ist günstiger.

::Französisches Bistro. Das Essen war in Ordnung und die Bedienung freundlich. Allerdings die Preise schon sehr überzogen.
