::Sink wasn't clean. Kitchen too grubby to use. Price was inflated. Sunny was nice and helpful. Bed was ok. And Speed Line taxi that he recommended was cheaper than other cabs.

::Didn't know what I expected when I arrived. Greeted by friendly staff and well furnished accomodation. Definitely will using this place again if I'm working in the Leeds area. Staff were happy to replenish milk supplies and sorted a few problems that arose swiftly and sensibly.
