  Love the pool and spa here. Water is warm for a pool for once. The gym is OK, has a quite good selection of equipment but no Nuffield. The waters provided at the pool are great, herbal infusions of orange, lemon or cucumber. Also get a towel and free locker. Could do with some colder water to wash off with.

  Fabulous stay for the family. Have stayed many times over the last 20 years and never been disappointed. Family room booked for £99 inc breakfast. Cookies and milk for the girls before bed and they always lay on a cinema and games room at Easter to entertain the little ones. We spent a lot of time at the pool too which is on site (with spa/gym/steam/sauna/jacuzzi). The hotel has great links to the M5 and M4 and is just around the corner from Cribbs Causeway for shopping/dining out/cinema. Don’t all book though as I still want to go back from time to time :)

  I get the spa access free with work. It's great, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Then on the other side you have the gym section. Mostly treadmills, not much variety on the weight section though. Next to the gym you have an open workout room. Nice little punch bag in there too.. Can't go wrong with free access. Service is great too

  The main hotel was excellent with fabulous rooms, gorgeous food and lovely staff however we did have an issue with a member of staff in The Black Sheep where we were rudely treated whilst trying to watch the England v Wales rugby match and the member of staff switched the TV off 7 minutes before the end of the match and effectively threw us out of the building saying that she should have closed at 6 and had done us a favour letting us watch the match as long as we had. We thought that for the sake of 7 minutes she would have given us the time to watch the end of the match, especially as we had spent quite a lot if money between the group of people who we were with. She didn't even let us finish our drinks so we had to take them back to our own hotel room to catch the end of the match! Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and we are looking forward to returning in April with a lot more of our friends.
