  Went with a friend to a Monday Make and do group. Lots of craft work, dementia feely bag, dominoes, tea coffee biscuits. A cost afternoon with a friendly group of staff. I don't go every week but it is a welcoming group in a Church. Worth a visit. There are other activities in the includingTai Chi, coffee morning communion then lunch on Wednesdays and Church on Sundays
