  Helpful staff made it really easy to open an account, and then switch bank later on. Kind of wish I hadn't though...

  Absolutely poor customer service of a bank.The staff are rude, un helpful and unwilling to help customer. One member staff said when i said i was moving banks she said she could not bother less to loose my business.
