  Came here on a visitor's pass, loved it, only downside was the fumes from the jacuzzi left us with very stingy eyes

  The people at the desk are so rude, it seems they have no time for anyone, with respect it’s manily the older two ladies, they are so stern and non welcoming, not the first thing you wanna be greeted by.. the gym it’s self is okay, but apart from the steam rooms are never properly working, and the jacuzzi’s are always out of order, not worth what you pay for... you can’t pay the same for better service

  Had a nice spa day really good massage, sauna and steam rooms good,changing area nice and clean. Small downside no cafe but they have a hot drinks machine and it's pricey for membership

  Disgraceful. Booked to attend today but unable to get out of the house due to snow drifts (many other customers will be in the same position). Told that unless we can go next weekend we will lose our money - explained that the spa break was a gift when we had our baby 3months ago and we are unable to get a baby sitter next weekend. Absolutely no understanding from Banatynes - apparently a rigid policy!

  Went for a spa day here and was impressed with the spa facilities. The ladies who did the massage were professional and friendly. However, didn't receive robes and slippers until after an hour because they didn't have any... The lady on reception had very poor customer service skills when we were form filling. Had to repeat things multiple times to her. She sent us on a wild goose chase when she said we could get locks for the changing room lockers in the changing room. Turns out she had them at reception. Budget spa Satisfactory day. Would I go back? Probably not.
