::It wasn't an exclusive spa it was a regular health club so that was a bit of a downer. I was looking forward to being pampered in lovely relaxing spa but there were kids in the swimming pool and hairy blocks in the Jacuzzi and steam room. The Swedish massage was good though.

::DO NOT USE - awful awful company. Booked Bannatyne pick n mix spa day for two with red letter days. States 2 mini treatments 25mins per person. As a mini treatment in any spa is approx 25mins I therefore thought I was paying for two 25min treatments totaling 50mins, however after booking I discovered they are only 12.5 mins each which is a completely pointless experience. No spa would sell an individual mini treatment for 12.5mins as not a viable product by the time they have booked you in, undertaken the treatment, then cleared and prepped the room for next customer. Feel with the wording that both red letter days and Bannatynes are falsely advertising by not making it clear both treatments are total of 25mins. Would definitely not have booked if I had realised. Also to add insult the only way to complain is on a premium number. They refused to give refund. Save money and book direct with a proper Spa

::Really relaxing and fun place. I received a great massage and facial and I loved the swimming and jacuzzi area. The gym is also great!

::Excellent service, fantastic staff, great value for money. They ordered in special dairy free treats for my afternoon tea (the dairy free brownies were excellent) I was very impressed with the level of consideration! Good facilities and the massage was brilliant!

::AVOID! Been to this gym for 5 years now - they are just interested in your money!! Cancelled my membership yet they still tried to take money from my account and are now threatening me with debt collection yet my membership has been terminated for over 2 months!! Whole family are members and are all leaving!! Absolute joke!!
